We’re also invested in meeting the rigorous standards for allergen testing; nearly our entire line of products is tested free of gluten, dairy and soy. We concentrate our own raw materials, manufacture our own products, assure finished food potency and provide unsurpassed quality assurance through vigorous onsite and 3rd party testing.  Less than 1% of companies can provide quality assurance beginning with raw materials through finished product testing. On-Site Lab – Testing Assurance for Finished Product Potency

Of the companies that have their own manufacturing facilities, very few actually have an in-house lab to test all of their finished goods for potency assurance like Innate. Our turnaround time for testing can be the same day as the finished goods are produced. Turnaround time to send samples to an independent lab and wait for results can be days at minimum. As a company we also support 3rd party testing. It makes sense to have an outside company validate the in-house testing that your company is doing.

Our investment in a lab and our production facility also speaks to the quality level which is instilled in every Innate product. We have over 3 million dollars invested in some of the most state-of-the-art analytical and manufacturing equipment available today. Most of the testing is performed with our four HPLCs (high performance liquid chromatography) equipment. HPLC tests the vitamin and phytonutrient potency of our formulas, helping us to ensure the finished good potency of vitamins and phytonutrients in every product. No lab would be complete without ICP (inductively coupled plasma). This piece of equipment is used to test all of the minerals and checks finished products for heavy metal contaminants. The JY Ultratrace ICP we have on-side can test finished products for heavy metals, such as lead, mercury and cadmium, down to ten parts per million. The ICP provides the assurance of potency of our minerals in every finished product. The lab at Innate is comprehensive; with gel electrophoresis, uv-vis spectrometer and much more, our technologically advanced labs provide quality assurance beginning with raw materials production through finished product testing.
