B-Complex you can feel June 22, 2016 Reviewer: NutriEmily from Northern CA   I tried this B-Complex myself because I have an increased need for folate.  However I find that it needs to be coupled with the whole B-complex for me to feel my best.  This is by far the most effective B-Complex I have ever taken in terms of its impact on my symptoms. Nice whole food B complex June 22, 2016 Reviewer: Manya the Midwi from Austin TX   I have only been taking this for about 2 months and I can tell that I have more energy when I take it.  I have one complaint and that it seems that a lot of it gets peed out.  I kind of feel like it should not do that if it is adequately being assimilated.|That said I do think it helps a little but probably will not take it long term.
